Encaptivating Events is an event space just minutes from downtown Athens, Five Points, and University of Georgia perfect for hosting parties, baby showers, private events, meetings, co-working (non-profits are welcome) and pop-up shops.
We offer a range of event venue packages to meet your needs and can provide you with all the resources you may need to make your event exceed expectations.

Venue Rules
Food
Outside food and beverages are permitted.
Encaptivating Events does not offer food services. We do have vendors we can suggest. (No cooking allowed on site.)
Alcohol is permitted at Encaptivating Events however, it cannot be sold (including cash bars and no BYOB-bring your own bottle affairs).
Athens Clark County Bartenders are required.
Encaptivating Events is accessible by stairs and does have a ramp around the front of the building and is considered handicap accessible.
Parking
There is ample free parking onsite.
Smoking
There is NO smoking at Encaptivating Events.
No exceptions.
If smoking is detected, your event will be ended immediately with no refund of any monies.
Fundraising Events
As a private event space, for events at Encaptivating Events, tickets should not be sold and monies cannot be collected at the door.
Nonprofit organizations are permitted for fundraising purposes. 501c3 paperwork must be submitted along with your deposit.
Liability
Encaptivating Events is not to assume responsibility for damage to or loss of property.
Because we do not supply food or beverages, Encaptivating Events is not responsible for illness due to food or beverage consumption while at the facility.
Music and Sound
Live bands and DJs are welcome although Encaptivating Events has its own sound system that allows phones, tablets and laptop hookups to play music.
A DJ or band would not be needed.
Clean Up
It is required that you restore the space back into it's original condition and that you clear trash from tables even during the event and keep the space clean at all times. You'll appreciate this for your pictures.
And it's required to have your damage deposit returned.
Decor
Nothing can be attached, taped or tacked to the walls or ceiling.
If using balloons please ensure they are weighted.
Weapons
Weapons are not permitted.
